Eastmoor Animal Clinic is a full-service veterinary care facility located in Moore, OK. Our skilled, personable staff seek to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, tailored to meet the individual health care needs of your pet. We perform soft tissue surgeries, orthopedic surgeries, dental care, in house laboratory testing, radiology services, micro chipping, as well as routine care, such as annual vaccines, parasite screenings, and general wellness exams.     Dr. David Rogers hails from Edmond and graduated from OSU in 2003. He joined Eastmoor in 2007 and enjoys getting to know the pets and their families.

  • Arva Rogers, DVM

    Veterinarian
    Dr. Arva Rogers graduated from Columbia University in New York City in 1995 and came to Oklahoma in 2000 to attend Veterinary School. She joined the Eastmoor family after graduating from OSU in 2004. Arva spends her free time on her 10 acre hobby farm near Moore and when not tending to her ever expanding flock, she enjoys exploring the back roads of Oklahoma and traveling abroad.

    Dr. Phillips graduated from OSU in 2007. She has been practicing in Oklahoma since graduation and joined Eastmoor in 2016. While not at work, Dr. Phillips enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, three cats and dog.

    Simone greets both patients and clients while helping make sure Eastmoor runs smoothly. You'll often find her sunbathing, getting into bags of food she shouldn't be, climbing into a clients purse or comforting them and lounging on paperwork. In her spare time she enjoys warm places to sleep and drinking water straight from the faucet.

  • Dr. Jeff Hicks, DVM

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Hicks has worked at Eastmoor Animal Clinic since 2019.  He graduated from the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. He first worked in a predominately large animal clinic in Southeastern Oklahoma.  He moved to Oklahoma City in 1997 to pursue strictly Small Animal Medicine.   He spent 15 years in an Emergency Hospital prior to arriving at Eastmoor.   Dr. Hicks has completed special training in orthopedic, reconstructive surgery and minimally invasive procedures such as Laparoscopy and Arthroscopy.  He has also completed additional training in Arthroscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery. Dr. Hicks says that his main goal as a veterinarian is to help our companion animals to live a long life as pain free as possible.

     

    Dr. Hicks has been married to his wife Sarah since 1984 and they have one daughter Robyn.  He also has 2 dogs and 2 cats that they share their home with. Outside of Veterinary medicine, Dr. Hicks enjoys working in his blacksmith shop, gardening, fishing, Kayaking, good friends, and good music. He is a fan of all things Oklahoma State University and enjoys spending time at the lake on his boat as well.

    Kaylyn started her career in Veterinary Medicine in 2017. She graduated from OSU-OKC with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 2018. She joined our Eastmoor Family upon graduating from the Veterinary Technology Program. Kaylyn shares her home with her husband Ryan, and their 2 Australian Cattle Dogs named "Colt" and "Jack". She has a love for animals as well as crafting, painting and spending time outdoors with her family.

    Kaitlyn earned her B.S. in Zoology from OSU in 2023 and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at OSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine, with an anticipated graduation in 2027. She joined the Eastmoor family in 2021. Kaitlyn shares her home with two tuxedo cats, Newt and Sylvester. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, diving into fantasy novels, and hanging with her feline companions.
